Joy Card

Here is my take on the card sketch for this month over at Scrapville.

I decided to use some leftover bits and pieces from the monthly pack to create a card for this sketch.

I started off with the blue card and added the ribbon, an oval die cut and then mounted the small squares onto this.

I then made a paper rose, dropped a bronze bling into its centre and glued the rose over 2 leaves off the sticker sheet that came with the pack.


I cut the sentiment "Joy" out of one  of the paper sheets and added bling to its edge and to the centres of the pale blue squares.

All the edges were inked in a dark brown.

To finish I taped the topper to a piece of cream satiny paper then onto the tan coloured card.
