More Bo Bunny

Here I am with my second page from Scrapville's monthly pack.

 

One of the things I really like about the packs is that although they are a set of papers which will all match and blend together I can get very different looking pages as you'd see by looking at the previous one.

 

I apologise for the quality of the photo - it's always harder for me to get a good photo at night but I'm on a bit of a blogging roll so this will do for now..

 

 

I inked all the edges of this page in Versa Color  Raspberry (love this gorgeous rich colour as much as I love the real thing!)

 

I started with white cardstock, layered the pink and cream patterned strip then a narrow mottled strip along the left edge.

 

Tthe striped square was then taped down in the middle of the page on a slight angle and the strip of lace along the bottom.

 

I matted both photos in pale pink cardstock before taping the large one and mounting the smaller one over it.

The cerise coloured pom pom strip was attached to a fussy cut mannequin. I razor cut around the edge of a leaf on the floral paper and tucked this in under the edge. I did the same with the leaf at the bottom left of photo and tucked the left up over the photo edge.

As the left edge looked a bit plain I pleated some tissue strip up and laid down the edge and along the bottom a bit.

Along the top right hand edge I made a flourish out of liquid pearls and pink bling. Also placed pink bling and some liquid pearls in a couple of other places on the page.

Almost finished I glued a pink button onto the mannequin cutout and made a tissue paper flower with button centre for bottom right hand corner.

Finally I mounted  some of the lovely sticker words and a quote to finish off the page.
